THE PROCEDURE
The procedure for Exam Preparation and Resits, if required, are stated on the mandatory Exam Checklist page which learners must complete before taking the final exam for all of our courses.
The Final Exams for all courses are online and consist of a set number of multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 80%.
Several key steps must be followed before taking the Final Exam.
- Candidates should revisit the course materials shortly before taking the exam.
- For certification purposes, candidates should ensure that their NAME is spelt correctly and is in UPPERCASE (CAPS). Candidates may amend their details at any time before their exam, by accessing their account (MY ACCOUNT) dashboard and using the ACCOUNT DETAILS link.
- Before the Final Exam Exam candidates are required to complete an EXAM CHECKLIST. Candidates should complete this form carefully as the NAME (name on certificate) and EMAIL ADDRESS (certificate delivery address) entered here can not be changed at a later date.
EXAM RE-SITS
If an unsuccessful exam submission is made, candidates may immediately re-sit the final exam of the enrolled course.
