THE FIRE SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE AWARENESS COURSE
This comprehensive online Fire Safety Awareness course is appropriate for those with or without previous Fire Safety training. This course is an awareness course and as such is not designed to meet statutory fire certification requirements.
The Fire Safety in the Workplace Awareness course can also be used as a valuable part of a school, college or other educational programme.
WHO REQUIRES THIS COURSE.
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) order 2005 all employees need a certain level of fire training and information. As a minimum, new starters need a basic induction which covers the alarm system, emergency procedures, and means of escape from the building.
Staff also need to know what type of fire fighting equipment you have on the premises and the safety considerations of their use.
Consists of 4 core units, concluded by a final exam:
UNIT 1 – HAZARDS AND RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH A FIRE
UNIT 2 – CONTROLLING THE RISK OF FIRE
UNIT 3 – FIRE SAFETY MANAGEMENT
UNIT 4 – THE FIRE WARDEN

On successful completion of the course a high quality CPD Certified certificate will be sent to you immediately, by email. This can be used to provide evidence of your achievement for compliance and audit.
