Assign A New Account To An Expired Learner.

If a Group Leader wishes to assign a new user account credit to a learner whose course access has expired, using their original email address, they should use our CONTACT FORM to request that we amend the learners’ account details to allow them to do so.

The subject line ‘RE-REGISTER EXPIRED LEARNER‘ should be entered on the form. The name and email address of the learner should be included in the message.

Our administration department will manually amend the Username of the existing learner account and once completed a confirmation email will be sent to the Group Leader.

The Group Leader may then purchase a new user account credit and assign this to the expired learner using their original email address.
