Learner Has Mislaid / Not Received Log In Details – Reset Password

If a learner reports that they have LOST / MISLAID or NOT RECEIVED login details the Group leader may use the RESET PASSWORD button to send a password reset email to the learner.

To send a password reset email to a learner the Group Leader should:

1. Open the Group registration page
2. Click the Group banner in the LEARNER REGISTRATION FORM.
3. Then click the RESET PASSWORD button next to your learners name in the ENROLLED USERS list.
4. An email will then be sent to the learner with a new password which they may retain or they may enter their own password.

This password reset facility is only available to learners whose email address has been correctly entered at registration.
